IAQ Mold & Particulate Testing

Air quality testing is a process that measures what’s floating in your indoor air, including:

• Mold spores 
• Dust and airborne particulates 
• Allergens 
• Other contaminants 

Using specialized equipment, a home inspector collects air samples from inside the home (and typically compares them to outdoor air) to determine if there are elevated or abnormal levels.
